About Me
Hello, my name is Tyrese Blackwell, creator and founder of CyberSite Studios. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Cybersecurity from Sam Houston State University, and that background shaped the way I see websites. A website should be polished, organized, trustworthy, secure in appearance, built with real intention, and easy to navigate.
I created CyberSite Studios because I recognized the talent, passion, and real value of small businesses. However, their online presence does not always reflect the level of professionalism they bring every day. Here is the simple breakdown.
We start with a conversation about your business, your goals, and the type of website you need. From there, I create a project direction, collect the deposit and content, build the website, communicate progress, review feedback with you, connect the domain, and launch the finished site once the final balance is paid.
First Contact
You can reach out by phone or email with your name, business name, phone number, and a short description of the website you need. This gives me a starting point so I can understand what kind of online presence you are trying to build.
Consultation
We will talk through your website goals, design style, services, audience, needed sections, special features, timeline, and any examples you like. This is also where you can ask questions and explain the vision you have in mind.
Project Plan & Deposit
After the conversation, I will confirm the package, total price, deposit amount, remaining balance, content needed, payment option, and the best way for us to communicate. Payments can be made through Zelle or Square. The Essential Website requires a $475 deposit to begin. The Full Experience Website requires a $750 deposit to begin.
Content Collection
You will send the information needed for the website, such as your logo, photos, brand colors, business details, service information, pricing, booking links, ordering links, social links, review links, and domain details if you already purchased your website name.
Design, Build & Updates
I will design and build your website with a clean layout, strong visuals, clear sections, and a mobile responsive structure. You will receive updates during important stages of the project, or anytime you request one, so you are never left guessing.
Feedback & Adjustments
Your feedback should be clear and grouped together when possible. This is your website, so if you do not like something or want something added, please let me know. Most things can be coded or adjusted. If there is something I cannot do, I will research it first and be honest with you. From there, we can come up with a different solution or something close to your original idea.
Approval, Payment & Domain Connection
Before launch, you will review the website and approve it. This is when final changes, updates, or finishing touches are made. Once everything is to your liking, the remaining balance must be paid. After that, we begin the domain connection process and prepare the site to go live.
Live View Demonstration
After launch, I will have you search for your website on your computer, tablet, or phone to make sure everything is working properly. Please note that it may take a few seconds, minutes, or even a few hours for the internet to update the domain records and fully connect your website.

Yes. Connecting your website to your domain is part of the package. I will help make sure your site is properly connected so customers can find your business online.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. Essential Website projects require a $475 deposit to begin and the remaining $475 before launch. Full Experience Website projects require a $750 deposit to begin and the remaining $750 before launch.
Do I have to provide the words and pictures for my website?
Yes, you must provide your own photos, logo, and business information so the website can accurately represent your brand.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Yes. Every website is designed to be mobile responsive so it looks clean on desktops, tablets, and phones.
Will I own my website when it is finished?
Yes. You will own 100% of your website when it is finished. I will also keep a copy of the code so if you need updates later, I can make changes without starting over or rebuilding your design layout from scratch.
How will I know the progress of the website?
You will have direct communication with me throughout the website process. I can provide updates and preview access so you can review the progress, request changes, add information, or make adjustments before the final website is launched.
Can you help restaurants or bakeries with online ordering links?
Yes. I can add buttons or links that connect visitors to platforms such as Square or another ordering system you already use.
Can I request changes after the website is finished?
Yes. Website updates and upgrades are available starting at $150. This can include changing text, adding photos, updating services, adding sections, refreshing the design, or adding new features. Pricing may increase depending on how much work is needed.
Do you build websites for small businesses only?
